Getting Back to Your Best Routine After Summer

I don’t know about you, but after summer, I’m craving my routine back. This year, my shoulder made sure I couldn’t ignore it, after two and a half weeks off my usual strength training and mobility routine, it started acting up again.
In this week’s video, I talk about what falling out of routine over summer really means (spoiler: it’s not a failure), and why getting back to it now matters so much for women in perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
I break down the three pillars that actually move the needle: movement (strength training first), nutrition (blood sugar balance, anti-inflammatory eating, gut health), and self-care (stress and sleep). None of it needs to be complicated, and none of it needs to be a thousand things at once.
Watch the full video below, and if you’re ready to build a routine that actually supports you now and for the rest of your life, save your spot for my live workshop, Your Longevity Roadmap, on September 17th at noon EST. [Save Your Spot →]
